Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These terms govern your use of Pozset ("the Service"). By creating an account you accept these terms.

2. The Service

Pozset generates product and model imagery from images you upload, using third-party AI models. Output is produced by a generative model and may contain inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing any image before publishing or using it commercially.

3. Your account

You must provide an accurate email address and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. One person or organisation per account; accounts may not be shared or resold.

4. Tokens and billing

Generations are paid for in tokens. Tokens are debited when a generation starts and returned automatically if it fails.

Subscriptions credit tokens at the start of each billing period and renew automatically until cancelled. Token packs are one-off purchases. Tokens have no cash value and cannot be transferred between accounts.

Payments are processed by Polar Software Inc., which acts as merchant of record and is the seller on your receipt.

5. Acceptable use

You may not upload content you do not have the rights to, generate imagery of real people without their consent, produce sexual, hateful, deceptive or unlawful material, resell raw access to the underlying models, or attempt to bypass usage limits.

We may suspend an account that breaches this section, without refund of consumed tokens.

6. Your content and ours

You keep ownership of the images you upload. You grant us the licence needed to process them — storing them and passing them to our AI providers — for as long as your account exists.

Subject to payment, you own the images the Service generates for you and may use them commercially. We make no warranty that generated output is free of third-party rights; verifying that is your responsibility.

7. Third-party services

The Service depends on providers including Google (image generation), Amazon Web Services (storage), Supabase (database), Vercel (hosting) and Polar (payments). An outage or policy change at any of them may affect availability.

8. Availability and liability

The Service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or any particular output quality.

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits or reputational harm.

9. Termination

You may ask us to close your account at any time by writing to info@pozset.com. We may terminate an account for breach of these terms, or with 30 days notice for any other reason, refunding any unused subscription period.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.
